In addition to our Head Coach, coaching for this program is by certified coaches, parents or University age skiers. Coaches are either working on or have acquired the NCC Introduction to Community Coaching Certification as a minimum standard.

| Equipment Requirement |
We require that all Masters athletes have both classic and skate skis, separate classic and skate poles and possibly boots (may be combi boots). Ski walking poles. Consider acquiring ‘rock’ skis and /or warm-up skis for early and late season training.

Please consider contributing to the seasons activities. These contributions can include:
- Special events organization – program and social events
- Racing event support –a large volunteer effort is required for both hosting and attending events
- Corresponding with media
