The Active for Life (Masters Performance) Group is a training program for adults who desire a comprehensive cross-country ski training program.  The program runs from September to May every year, with a year-round option.  Athletes will receive technique instruction for both skating and classic skiing to help you achieve a competitive level of performance and race at a Provincial level or higher.   As a group you will decide upon your focus races for the season.
