Cold…again! Due to the cold temperatures this evening we will be cancelling formal training. They are predicting -24C by 7:00 pm and our policy states we cancel at -20C.
But please stay active!! Certainly indoor training is an option. Go to a local gym and run, spin, swim, do some core, yoga, pilates…or maybe some weights and a sauna! Or bundle up and go for a brisk walk, or a short run even, followed by some core, stretching, and push-ups 🙂
For the Drayton Valley Loppet the temperature looks good! High in the minus single digits!! Please consider participating this Saturday!!
