WHO: The U14 Development program is intended for athletes born in 2012 or 2013, and have graduated from U12 Development and wish to ski in a team setting while further exploring the various aspects of cross country skiing.

WHAT: Skiers are learning how to train systematically at this stage, yet the focus remains on developing ski specific skills and basic fitness. While skiing in a social and FUN environment, athletes will develop an aerobic base alongside technical skills.
