Looking for a great group of people to stay fit and have fun with? Our adult programs cater to a range of abilities from those just learning how to ski, to those looking for focused technique sessions, and to those who want to race. At Edmonton Nordic you will find a group to suit your needs and develop a love for gliding on snow and embracing outdoor adventure, no matter what the weather.
There are lesson and training options for all skiers regardless of your experience or ability!

Adult Lessons
We offer small-group lessons to those looking to learn how to ski for the first time as well those who are looking for instruction in both intermediate and advanced technique in both classical and skate skiing. All of our instructors are CANSI certified and excellent at what they do.
Masters
The Masters Training Group is for people with a love of cross-country skiing. Whether you are solely looking to improve your technique or you have set your sights on conquering a Loppet, there is a group for you. This full Fall and Winter program includes dryland and on snow technique and conditioning. Skiers may also choose to have support preparing for races. This program is designed to keep you skiing for life and to connect you to a community of people who love recreating outdoors.
Nordic Progression
Nordic Progression is designed for adults who wish to continue building on their skate and classic ski skills. Adults in this program have completed beginner ski lessons and are looking for programming that has both dryland and on-snow technique and fitness sessions. This program is designed to help bridge the gap between introductory (beginner/intermediate) programming and our Masters training program.
Recreational Group
The recreational ski group is a chance to go skiing with other skiers in and around Edmonton. No need to be an expert, all abilities are welcome to come enjoy the snow.
